    Complete your order, instead of clicking on the "Confirm Order" button, print the page and mail it to us at: Doctors Naturals Corp., 300 S. Owasso Blvd., St. Paul, MN 55117 with your personal check, money order, or credit card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Again, please remember to include your name, address (billing and shipping) and billing phone number. Or, simply write all the requested information on a piece of paper and mail it to us.
