If you would rather not call, you may return the MaxErect package in its original condition for credit or exchange within 60 days of purchase.  Please fill out the return form that came with your order and include it with your return. Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible). Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries. In order to receive credit for your return, you must return ALL MaxErects received in your MaxErect pack. If you do not return all MaxErects received, you will not receive a refund. All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. If you paid by check, you will receive a check from us.
